DIGIMEDIA Polymeric Permanent Block-out High Tack Vinyl is a high-performance, 75-micron white calendered film engineered for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. Featuring a high-opacity face film and a powerful clear UV-cured acrylic high-tack adhesive, it bonds securely to low-energy surfaces where standard adhesives often fail.
This versatile vinyl adheres reliably to a wide range of challenging substrates - such as plastics, painted wood, and plastered walls - and can be applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces without peeling, with a durability of up to 7 years when laminated.
The film is optimised for all solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and Latex wide-format printing technologies, delivering exceptional print quality and dimensional stability. Its block-out construction ensures full opacity, making it ideal for applications where background show-through must be eliminated.
