Description
This printhead with guard plate is suitable for Seiko ColorPainter H/ H2/ H2P series printers. The guard plate is added on the print head nozzle plate to reduce direct media contact to the nozzle plate surface.
Please note that this printhead with guard plate must be installed with the new Type-S Wiper Blade (IP7-180) and Firmware version 4.22 or later for the printer to function correctly.
The printhead without guard plate for Seiko ColorPainter H series printers is U00112458300.
We recommend to change the head cables when installing a new printhead.
The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:
- defects related, in any way, to the use of non-original inks
- clogged, missing or deviated nozzles
- defects related to misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, lack of use, or improper storage when not in use for extended periods
- defects related to failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in the user documentation; operation for unintended purposes
- defects related to improper loading of media
- all other defects, failures or damage not considered manufacturing defects
- defects related to third-party applications, software, parts, components, or peripheral devices, including any bulk ink system.
- defects that are merely cosmetic in nature.
