The first type of scan motor fitted on Roland VS printers had a 15mm pulley, but it was later replaced by Roland by the scan motor with the smaller pulley (11.5mm). For VS printer from the first series, with the old 15mm pulley motor, you can still fit the 11.5cm pulley motor by updating the firmware, and changing a system parameter.
