The DIGINK DTF ink series is an aquaeous pigment ink specifically designed for use in DTF (Direct to Film) printers. Composed of a CMYK color set, a white ink and a powder adhesive, The DIGINK DTF ink series are compatible with most DTF printers and DTF printheads. This innovative, Oekotex-certified pigmented ink, made in Europe, ensures high performance, quality and stability, with reduced maintenance.
The DIGINK DTF ink series offer superior colour strength and excellent printability. The high-opacity white ink when combined with CMYK inks Pproduces impactful prints on dark textiles. Paired with a carefully selected powder resin, these inks ensure outstanding application durability. The carefully developed formulation significantly reduces maintenance and start-up delays, minimising waste and cost while enhancing productivity.
If your printer currently uses a different ink brand, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the ink circuit with DIGINK DTF Cleaning Liquid before loading DIGINK DTF ink to ensure optimal performance and prevent any potential issues.

Workflow:
- The design file is created as a mirror image, with a colour separation applied to enable a white backing layer where required.
- DTF film is printed with CMYK, followed by a white ink layer.
- The printed film should be dried until it becomes tacky.
- Adhesive powder is applied to the ink film.
- Any excess adhesive should be removed.
- The adhesive layer should be melted and dried.
- The print on film is now ready for transfer.
