DIGINK DTF Hot melt transfer powder is a premium TPU adhesive powder for use with DIGINK DTF ink series. This high-quality powder provides a soft and flexible finish when applied, ensuring superior results.
The DIGINK DTF ink series, consisting of a CMYK color set, white ink and a powder adhesive, is optimised for most DTF printers and printheads. This innovative, Oekotex-certified and REACH complianthot melt transfer powderensures high performance, safety, quality and stability.
If your printer currently uses a different ink brand, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the ink circuit with DIGINK DTF Cleaning Liquid before loading DIGINK DTF ink to ensure optimal performance and prevent any potential issues.

Handling workflow:
1. Create design file: design the design as a mirror image, with colour separation to enable a white backing layer where needed.
2. Print DTF film: print the design on the DTF film using CMYK inks, followed by a white ink layer.
3. Dry the printed film: allow the printed film to dry until it becomes tacky.
4. Apply adhesive powder: apply the adhesive powder evenly to the ink film.
5. Remove excess adhesive layer: shake off any excess adhesive powder.
6. Melt and dry adhesive layer: melt and dry the adhesive layer to ensure proper bonding
7. Ready for transfer: the print on film is now ready for transfer.
Safety Recommendations:
Personal protective equipment: wear appropriate PPE, including protective goggles, impervious gloves, and a dust mask or other respiratory protective equipment when handling powder.
- Ventilation: ensure proper ventilation in the area where the powder is applied, and clean the application equipment regularly
- Container handling: keep the container closed or sealed to prevent the release or moisture absorption of the powder
- Storage conditions: store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area
