GREASE FLOIL G-902 (10ml)

This GREASE FLOIL G-902 is a high-performance fluorinated grease commonly used in printers as follows:

• Lubricating moving parts
• Especially for metal-on-metal or plastic-on-metal contact points like linear bearings in the sliding rail, cams, gears, and pulleys in the carriage or paper feed mechanism.
• Minimising wear and tear
• It reduces friction and mechanical resistance, extending the life of components.
• Noise reduction
• Helps dampen operational noise in fast-moving mechanical assemblies like print head carriages.
• Stable performance under temperature changes
• Maintains lubricity across a wide temperature range, which is critical in high-speed or industrial printers.
• Preventing dust accumulation
• Its chemical properties make it less prone to attract dust compared to standard greases, keeping the mechanism cleaner longer.
• Safe for delicate components

FLOIL G-902 is chemically stable and non-reactive, making it suitable for sensitive printer parts and compatible with plastics. 

Benefits over standard grease:

- Non-migrating (stays where it’s applied)

- Long-lasting under high loads and frequent motion

- Does not break down under heat

- Safe for electrical contacts and sensors in some cases

Composition & Physical Properties: 

- Type: Synthetic oil-based grease with lithium soap thickener and additives

- Formulation: ~60–70 % synthetic oil, 25–35 % additives, 1–10 % lithium soap 

- Relative density: Approx. 0.8–0.9 (or ~0.86 at 25 °C) 

- Flash point: > 200 °C – non-hazardous
